The island’s tropical climate means that naturally you will spend more time outside. All of our villas offer plenty of outdoor spaces. You can chill out under the outdoor kitchen / pool house, bask on the terrace around your beautiful pool, prepare a BBQ and take a dip in your infinity edge swimming pool.
All our kitchens are fully equipped so you can cook like a chef or just welcome a chef to cook for you!
All our bedrooms get hotel comfort king or queen size beds for a restorative sleep and en-suite bathrooms.

The villa gets 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can welcome 6 guests.
Kitchen is equipped with a full set of cooking utensils, a dishwasher, an oven, fridge, gas cooker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, blender and an outdoor BBQ.
Laundry provides a washing machine, dryer machine, clothes hanger, ironing table and iron.
All bedrooms get wardrobes with safe.
The villa gets a private parking.
We can accommodate a baby cot and a baby high chair.

* Cleaning 2 times per week with change of towels (when dropped on the floor)

Electricity is not included in the villa price and charge by reading meters at check-in and check-out (7 THB/unit). You can expect a cost between 7$ to 14$/day.

It is strictly forbidden to fly a drone from the villa, inside and on the surroundings of the residence

The villa is located in a residence named Pacific Palisade on area of Bang Po, in the Northwest part of the Island.
The access to the villa is quite steep so some taxis don't want to go up. If you come with your own vehicle, please make sure it's the not the lowest engine power and not an old car otherwise you might have some difficulties to reach the villa.
Please note that having your own vehicle (car or motorbike) is essential to go out of the villa and around the island. Taking taxis are more expensive than renting a vehicle and less convenient.

Quiet staycation in Koh Samui
Laurence’s villa is an excellent place to stay, newly built with spacious living environments and well-decorated theme throughout alongside a perfect size infinity pool with an incredible sea view. The villa itself has all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and the location was exactly as described offering the privacy and tranquillity for a truly relaxing holiday with amazing views.

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft noch besser als auf den Bildern empfehlenswerter ist es mit einem Roller oder ein SuV aber das wird dir Dank dem super Service alles angeboten immer wider gern 13 super tolle Tage verbracht absolut empfehlenswert Ryan der Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar hilft wo er nur kann super freundlich danke noch mal an dich
Simplement parfait
Séjour de rêve dans cette villa moderne qui correspond à 100% à la description et aux photos. Grande piscine, vue imprenable sur la mer. Comme le dit la description il y a une longue colline à gravir en voiture pour atteindre la villa. Si vous n’êtes pas à l’aise avec les côtes vraiment raides ne louer pas de voiture. Vous pourrez utiliser le service de taxi (10€ pour descendre dans le centre ville , 25€ pour aller à l’aéroport). Il n’y a rien que vous pouvez faire à pieds mais vous pouvez commander de la nourriture. Le prix est vraiment attractif du à la colline si elle était en bord de mer elle aurait le prix double. Nous avons payé environ 20€ d’électricité pour 6 jours (clim le soir uniquement en chambre). Laurence et Ryan répondront à toutes vos questions ils sont tops! Ils ont accepté l’arrivée anticipée et le départ tardif.

What a beauty! An amazing property with great rooms, fitting with what you need to enjoy a 100%, a super awesome pool that is also safe for a little one, has some shade at certain times of day for those who want to escape the sun but enjoy the pool, and it's not too deep. The views from the pool were just heavenly. The kitchen had everything you need, entertainment was 10/10 with really good bluetooth speakers covering the space of the living area, ginormous TVs, good water pressure in the bathrooms and lovely beds!
Fantastic Place !
This villa is a fantastic place, offering high-quality, spacious accommodation with tasteful décor and stunning views. The villa manager was extremely helpful. Despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, well past his shift at 19:00, he waited for us and even came to pick us up from the location where our GPS failed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the villa's modern audio-visual equipment. The kitchen is also very well equipped.
Absolutely wonderful villa, exactly like the photos
5 star luxury in the most wonderful setting. Ryan the manager was amazing-kind, helpful and responsive. Allowed us to have a late check out which helped massively having a late flight and a very long onward journey. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 13 and two 9 year olds. They loved the pool and the huge TV where they had movie nights followed by a night time swim! The decor, the view , the pool, well-equipped kitchen and stunning outdoor area were outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. As others have said , a car is essential otherwise you are quite isolated and taxis in the island are expensive. We had a bog standard Nissan which got us up ok but if we’d have been in a higher up villa we’d have struggled. There are numerous lovely cafes and restaurants on the beach down the hill and all other areas are easily accessed via the main ring road.

Beautifully decorated villa
We booked a 5 night stay and loved every moment from the time we arrived to the time we left. Beautifully decorated villa with great pool and fantastic views. Laurence was responsive and very helpful. A special thanks to Ryan for making us feel so welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. The villa is located quite high up and only accessible via some steep roads therefore decent scooters or a 4x4 car is needed. However, the villa and views are worth it and would highly recommend a stay here. We look forward to returning soon!
peaceful and relaxing place
What a beautiful villa! We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Stunning views, beautiful pool, gorgeous villa and comfortable beds - what else can be said?. This is not a hotel so there is no restaurant on site, but there are plenty of restaurants at the bottom of the hill and 7-11 for convenience. The concierge, Ryan, was super helpful and responsive.
