We are on a hill, reason why the villas offer such a beautiful sea view.
A vehicle is needed to go out of the villa and around the island: we recommend you to rent a good car or motorbike.

This place is pure heaven!
The place looks better than the photos. they are using best appliances and the design is fantastic. this is one of the best villa i stayed at in koh samui. thank you laurence
We had an incredible stay at this villa!
From the moment we arrived, Laurence and Rayan made us feel right at home. The view from the villa was breathtaking, overlooking the hills and beyond. Everything about the villa was top-notch, from the amenities to the cleanliness. While the location atop the hills required an SUV for access, it made the experience even more special, feeling secluded yet easily accessible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious retreat with stunning views!

Our stay was fantastic
Villa was picture perfect and had everything we needed! Rooms are great and fitted with brand new TVs which my elder son clearly loved!! Villa manager Ryan is available at all times of the day and very responsive throughout the stay over texts. The view is absolutely superb from the Villa. Don’t worry too much about the hill on the way up, we had a rubbish Toyota vios that still managed to get up there, albeit a 4x4 would be ideal. Laurence is truly a great host and the villa is a perfect stay for families!

La casa es espectacular, con vistas super bonitas y decoración nueva y preciosa. La atención de Ryan (staff de la casa) fue un 10 siempre pendiente de nosotros ❤️ Volveríamos sin duda!!
This stay was an absolute treat!!
The property provides the perfect escape. We loved every minute of our stay. The villa is beautifully equipped and comes with regular house keeping to keep things fresh. Out of this world views that went as far as the eye can see. The perfect place to enjoy with family or friends. Completely private and peaceful. We would definitely book again.

Firstly, this Villa very beautiful and peacefull, it build for the gram 100%, really worth it, located up in the hill. The view from villa i cannot described with word, very beautiful, look likes a postcard picture, but much better. Ryan is a person who keep in touch with me, everyhing that i need or need to ask, he will respond very quickly. Villa very clean, all amenities has been provide like description in listing. Once again, tq to host Laurence and Ryan for giving us a great memory staying in this Villa.

The villa was the best most beautiful property ever , the cleaning staff were on top it as was the villa manager ryan he was the sweetest most helpful in every manner we had a relaxing peaceful stay in samui and would go back in heartbeat
